Description

Ambulance Victoria (AV) is seeking to appoint a qualified and suitably experienced contractor for Managed Services for a Workplace Management System (WMS)

AV relies on WMS service to support the efficient rostering and management of its operational workforce. The WMS service refers to AV’s implementation of the UKG Pro Workforce Management Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) product formerly known as Dimensions. As AV is on the UKG SaaS release schedule, the service is always maintained on the most current version.

AV is now initiating a Request for Tender to engage a contractor capable of providing managed services support for the UKG Workforce Management Pro platform and its associated integrations, ensuring continued stable, reliable, and efficient operation of this critical workforce management system across the organisation’s statewide operations.
