Description

The Department of Human Services (DHS) wishes to source and implement a new Client and Asset Management System for the DHS Equipment Program.

The Equipment Program manages the end-to-end supply, operation, maintenance and refurbishment of a wide range of assistive technology equipment, home modifications and allied health services to a diverse group of people with disabilities and health conditions.

The objective of this ITS is to engage a suitable supplier for design, implementation, maintenance, and support of the new system for a period of up to four (4) years. The proposed Agreement term will be for an initial period of two (2) years, with one two (2) year extension option.
